In the last week, there’s been a serious outbreak of these Emails being successfully delivered to individuals, businesses and organizations alike. If you hover over the links – DON’T CLICK – you’ll find the URL isn’t USPS at all and is actually a website designed to steal your information and cause problems on your computer or computer network.
If you’re an IT manager or tasked with the job of maintaining multiple computers, Emails like this can present a real issue because if anyone in your Organization clicks on any of these links or files it could spread the infection to other computers on your network. This could result in countless hours of removing viruses and computer downtime, which slows down productivity in your offices. If you’d like to make your job – and life – easier, it’s imperative to use SaaS Email security to stop these threats from entering your corporate network altogether.
Logic says that if malicious Emails can’t enter your Inboxes, they can’t pose a security threat to your network or as the old saying goes, “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.”
If you’ve gotten a rash of these Emails – or ones that are like them – please give us a call to learn more about how our solution can make your job easier by removing these threats in cloud infrastructure. We’re always happy to help!
